Admission Interview with Japanese Institution
At a Japanese language school, university, or college, there will be a Skype interview, an online Zoom interview, or a direct in-person spot interview with Japanese Sensei & professors.

Document Submission to Japanese Immigration
Once you pass the interview, all required academic certificates, financial guarantor papers, and certified Japanese translations will be formally submitted to Japanese Immigration.

Pre-Visa (COE) Issuance Within 90 Days
The Immigration Bureau under the Ministry of Justice in Japan will verify your documents and issue your official pre-visa (COE - Certificate of Eligibility) within 90 days.

Embassy Visa Stamping in Bangladesh
The final visa must be received by submitting the issued COE and necessary original documents to the Embassy of Japan in Bangladesh. Fly to Japan with pre-departure support.
